Participants start with what is essentially a deconstructed gin - 14 individually distilled botanicals from Juniper Berry through elements like Lime Peel, Green Cardamom, Red Chilli + more.

Guided by Kenneth our resident gin geek, participants get hands-on tasting, measuring with all manner of pipettes, syringes and beakers.

Discovering flavour preferences while blending and concocting 3 gins to enjoy with fever-tree tonic, ice + lime, using our steel + glass labware.
