🧪 Your experience starts with a selection of 14 distilled botanicals, from Juniper Berry to Red Chilli, essentially a deconstructed gin laid out before you.

🥼 Guided by Kenneth, resident gin geek, you get hands-on tasting, measuring, blending and concocting 3 gins, with all manner of pipettes, syringes and beakers.

🍸 Discovering flavour preferences while blending and concocting 3 gins to enjoy with fever-tree tonic, ice + lime, using our steel + glass labware.
