I wanted to co-create with gin lovers from around the world...

To get started I built Gin Laboratory, a uniquely small distillery + presentation space tucked it away in Kinross - it’s chock full of metal, copper + glass distilling gizmos, which i use to distill each botanical element individually - from juniper through lime peel, green cardamom, red chilli + more.

All so that you can experience gin in a unique way!

Gin Laboratory ® Experiences

We share the formula of gin at this unique gin drinking experience

Participants start with what is essentially a deconstructed gin - 14 individually distilled botanicals from Juniper Berry through elements like Lime Peel, Green Cardamom, Red Chilli + more.

Guided by Kenneth our resident gin geek, participants get hands-on tasting, measuring with all manner of pipettes, syringes and beakers.

Discovering flavour preferences while blending and concocting 4 gins to enjoy with fever-tree tonic, ice + lime, using our steel + glass labware.

You’ll each enjoy a locally foraged damson gin liqueur and prescribe your own 25cl bottle of gin, to your own recipe. Available shortly after for collection.
