GIN LABORATORY

I wanted to create gin with everyone in the world...

To get started I built Gin Laboratory, a uniquely small distillery + presentation space and tucked it away in Kinross - it’s chock full of metal, copper + glass distilling gizmos.which i use to distill 40+ botanical elements separately - from juniper through lime peel, green cardamom, red chilli + more.

I took Scottish gin and turned it on its head, creating a gin experience instead.

You’ll get hands-on measuring, sampling and blending 14 elements, enjoy 3 personalised gins with tonic, ice and a slice of lime*. You’ll learn, have sciency fun and plus, you’ll have the option to create your own 25cl bottle + receive later (£25/each)

Gin Experiences are available for up to 8 people at Gin Laboratory, Kinross, 7 days a week at 3.30pm + 6.30pm.

They’ll soon be available as experience-kits and I am also available for your event, for up-to 20 people either online or in-person, across the UK.

🥼 Guided by Kenneth, resident gin geek, you get hands-on tasting, measuring, blending and concocting 3 gins, with all manner of pipettes, syringes and beakers.
