The Gin Lab Experience is a 90-min flavour-filled drinking experience at the centre of Gin Laboratory, Kinross – it’s just like science class, but with gin!
With Kenneth, Gin Maker as your guide, you each start with 14 deconstructed gin elements, from Juniper Berry to Red Chilli.
You’ll get hands-on sampling, measuring + blending your gins, with all manner of pipettes, syringes + beakers.
You’ll discover flavour preferences + combinations as you concoct 3 gins with tonic, ice + lime and enjoy from our steel + glass labware.
You’ll create your own 25cl bottle of personal gin to your own recipe. Select up-to 8 botanical elements from 40+ available, Name it + collect it shortly after or we can post it out to you!
